In Buena Vista, the residents are key players in the community feel of the neighborhood, and in a city where new development is battling for front of the stage, we appreciate how important community charm is.

Nashville’s North Side is a treasure, A unique blend of what is, and What can be.

The area is in the midst of a momentous new chapter, acting as home to the new Nashville Sounds ballpark, and among the biggest changes: the redevelopment of the historic Germantown and Buena Vista neighborhoods. Families and young professionals continue to move to the area, and when you step into North Nashville it’s easy to see why. 

2012’s $18 million project, 28th/31st Avenue Connector – created an easier passage to Nashville’s West End, this gold-star location offers homebuyers city walkability and loveable historic charm.

In a location where real estate is booming and more recent developments like the Tennessee Titan’s Headquarters and Watkins College of Art have claimed their place, history, and culture are still a priority.
