Nashville-based Sapphire Development Group aims to elevate neighborhoods while bringing European design and functionality to Tennessee.

Our Story

Sapphire & Co is the product of our founder Joséphine Saffert’s American dream. As a German-native she came to the Nashville area as a D1-Track athlete recruit in 2011. She quickly began to focus on real estate investments upon graduation. Joséphine sponsored her Green Card through an EB-2 proving the government she can build original value on US-soil and add to the American economy as a real estate developer. At 26 years she developed four new homes 5-min from Broadway in Nashville in a community that was in her eyes “ripe for development”. Her unique immigration journey and tenacity shaped her as a young female entrepreneur and female CEO.
